At a recently organised photography exhibition titled “Ways of the road” by French photographer Fabien Charuau, Alliance Francaise set the stage for a discussion on photography’s long history of interaction with roads along with some red wine and cocktails. The event witnessed people from all walks of life who came to savour the joy of art including Max Claudet, Judith Oriol, Artur Frycze, Rosalyn D’mello, Chhavi Rajawat, Elezabeth Rozer,Vasu, Aparna Jaikumar and Indu Antony.
*** Art Blast The Princess of Bhutan, Ashi Kesang Wangmo Wangchuk, recently inaugurated a four-day exhibition of Buddhist calligraphy and photography at Hotel Hyatt Regency. The event was well attended by the glitterati of the city including actor Nasir Abdullah, Suresh Jindal, Bipasha Sengupta, Leena Bidani, Pawan Sachdeva, Shivani Singh, Shalini Kochhar, Vandana Vadhera and Monica Barara. Guests were seen mesmerised by the beautiful calligraphy art as well as the amazing photography displayed at the event.
