Ali Zafar, who is currently shooting for Kill Dill with Parineeti Chopra and Ranveer Singh, was pleasantly surprised with a fan experience he had on the sets. A source says, “He met a fan who changed her surname to Zafar as a gesture of her love for him. She also handed him a bagful of love letters that she had written.” Ali, when contacted, confirmed, “There was this girl who would wait for me for four days in my hotel lobby. One day she managed to catch hold of me as I was heading to the gym. She was excited but too nervous to talk. She handed me a bag with a few long love letters in them. In this age of social media, there’s nothing like an old school, handwritten love letter!” The actor said he was flattered that his fan had changed her last name to Zafar. “She said it was a gesture of love and I thought it was very sweet,” Ali said.
