Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and his Pakistani counterpart, Nawaz Sharif, are supposed to meet in New York on September 29. This could be an opportunity for the two countries to resolve thorny bilateral issues, mainly terrorism. Terrorist groups continue to operate in and from Pakistan and the ones responsible for the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks continue to roam free. Capturing those accused is only possible through mutual cooperation. India cannot hope to achieve this by boycotting talks with Pakistan. Sanjay Kapoor Via email
