Katrina Kaif lends support to noble cause, signs up as brand ambassador

Katrina kept it casual yet stylish at the event, dressed in a tee and jeans and posed for the media persons.

The actress poses with Safeena Husain, founder of Educate Girls. The organisation has been working for the cause for a decade now, even collaborating with the government.

Katrina also addressed the members of the media and audiences present at the event. Not just the cause of education for girls, she also spoke about how she tries to work in sync with and support her female contemporaries in Bollywood, something which competitive environment can often affect.

Katrina, on the same day, was confirmed as lead for a dance-based film opposite Varun Dhawan. This is in addition to ‘Thugs of Hindostan’ and ‘Zero’, for which she is currently shooting.
