A 30-year-old BMC employee on Wednesday jumped to his death from the seventh floor of his office building after breaking up with his fianceé. The deceased left a suicide note not to blame anyone for the act and also requested his property to be transferred to his two younger sisters. He also sent a text message to all his colleagues where he announced his decision to end his life. Vikrant Kamble reached work around 11 am and then jumped through the building’s passage dying on the spot. According to the police, Kamble was in a relationship with a female colleague in the same office who broke up with him. “Kamble said in his suicide note that the step was not an impulsive decision. We have registered a case of accidental death and currently it seems no one abetted the suicide, said an officer from Pant Nagar police station.
