New Delhi: Two confident sides, Kolkata Knight Riders and Delhi Daredevils, will be in action in what promises to be an intense clash of the Indian Premier League Season 10 here on Monday night.

Delhi, who had begun with a loss to Royal Challengers Bangalore, bounced back in style notching up consecutive big-margin victories — by 97 runs over Rising Pune Supergiant in an away game before a 51-run victory over Kings XI Punjab at home on Saturday boosted their morale.

The hosts, buoyed by their penetrative bowling line-up led by skipper Zaheer Khan, would be keen to capitalise on home advantage on a slow pitch at the Ferozeshah Kotla here.

Twice champions KKR have also been consistent, winning there of their four matches and will be to consolidate their position in the top half of the standings.

Delhi’s formidable spin attack, that consists of Amit Mishra and Shahbaz Nadeem, have been among wickets scuttling their opponents’ run flow in the middle overs. Sanju Samson the only centurion in this edition of the tournament so far, and opening partner Sam Billings have provided strong platforms for the all-rounder duo of Chris Morris and Corey Anderson.
