Triple H sends customised WWE championship belt to England after World Cup success
Mumbai: On Friday, WWE superstar and COO, Triple H congratulated the England team following their maiden World Cup success on July 14. The WWE Chief Operating Officer took to twitter and presented the Eoin Morgan-led team with a customised WWE championship belt. England defeat New Zealand in a thrilling match which stretched till the super-over after both the teams ended on 241.
England was declared the winner on the basis of more boundary-count rule. This was the second time that Triple H had sent a customised WWE championship belt. Earlier, the WWE COO sent a WWE championship belt to Rohit Sharma, after the hit-man’s side (Mumbai Indians) won the Indian Premier League (IPL) title for the third time.
