Beware of Rashid, Kane tells India
It's always a pleasure to face him at the nets and against him as well in the near future. A very very good bowler, if the wicket's responding.
Mumbai: Sunrisers Hyderabad skipper Kane Williamson sounded a word of caution for Ajinkya Rahane led India ahead of the one-off Test against Afghanistan next month. The Kiwi captain says Rashid is a world class player and facing him is big challenge on a responsive wicket.
The Afghan leg-spinner had a successful IPL campaign. “He’s a world class player. We have seen that in this format but it’s great that he’s going to play some Test cricket. It is a challenge for anyone but an enjoyable challenge because he’s up there with the top spinners in the game,” Williamson said.
