Previous reports suggested that the car was owned by Ferdinand Piech, the former Chairman of the Volkswagen Group.
Daily Mail has reported that the Juventus star has spent 11 million euros on the car, which was first presented to the world at the 2019 Geneva Motor Show.
Even if the reports are true, Ronaldo cannot drive the car until 2021 as the company still needs to finalize a few reports on the prototype.
Talking about the car, it is a modern interpretation of the legendary Bugatti Type 57 SC Atlantic. Only four of these were built between 1936 and 1938.
Ronaldo already has a long line-up of luxury cars in his collection-- Mercedes C Class Sport Coupe, a Rolls-Royce Phantom, a Ujn Ferrari 599 GTO, a Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4, an Aston Martin DB9, a McLaren MP4 12C and a Bentley Continental GTC Speed.
