Lokhandwala FC, Joga A, B in last 8
The knock outs will be held on Sunday, February 18.
Lokhandwala FC and favourites Joga Bonito A and B teams stormed into the pre-quarter-finals of the Rs 1 lakh Tiki Taka 5-a-Side football tournament, organised by Ludus Sports, at the St. Andrew’s ground in Bandra.
Lokhandwala qualified from Group A with the highest tally of 12 points following a clean sweep in the round robin, while The Blues were second with nine points.
In Group B, Joga Bonito A won all their matches to top the group with nine points. Pablo FC finished second with six points. With three wins and a draw, Joga Bonito B qualified from Group D with 10 points, while United FC ended second, also with 10 points.
The knock outs will be held on Sunday, February 18. The top goal scorer will receive the Golden Boot, while the most outstanding goalkeeper will get the Golden Glove.
