'If Messi scores a goal, they ask for two', says Falcao

Mumbai: While some consider Lionel Messi has already surpassed the bar set by earlier legends like Pele and Cryuff and Best to be called perhaps the greatest player of all time thanks to his individual success, others believe it’s the versatility of player to win games with different teams and players that determine their success.

According to reports from Marca, the forward said that “if he (Messi) scores a goal, they ask for two”

"If he scores a free-kick, they say the wall wasn't lined up correctly. If Argentina lose, they talk about it being his fault, it's the price he has to pay for being the best in the world." He added.

Argentina face Paraguay next on 20th Wednesday before clashing against Qatar on Sunday the 23rd.
