LG Watch Sport, Style prices leaked before official launch

The LG Watch Sport and LG Watch Style are the two new flagship wearables from the company.

Google will be unveiling Android Wear 2.0 next week and the LG smartwatches are said to be the first ones to sport the new updated wearable operating system. The LG Watch Sport and LG Watch Style are the two new flagship wearables from the company and are expected to be announced soon. However, the prices of the two said watches have already spilled out in the open. According to AndroidPolice, the two watches will be priced at $349 and $249 respectively.

The LG Watch Sport is rumoured to sport two colours — titanium and dark blue, while the Style would feature three colours — titanium, silver and rose gold. The watches will feature swappable straps.

As for the specifications, the Sport sports a 1.38-inch OLED display with a resolution of 480 x 480 pixels, while the Style will feature a 1.2-inch OLED with a 360 x 360 resolution. While the Sport will run on 768MB of RAM and 4GB internal storage with a 430mAh battery, the Style will cut down to 512MB of RAM with 4GB storage and a 240mAh battery. Lastly, the Sport will additionally feature a heart rate sensor and Android Pay. Both the wearables will highlight Google’s Assistant AI, will be IP68 and IP67 certified for water and dust resistance and sport 3G and LTE support with GPS and NFC also onboard. Additionally, they two will be compatible with an iPhone and have a crown button similar to the Apple Watch.
