Microsoft launches Xbox One X with 4K gaming
Microsoft has announced the launch of its new Xbox One X which is also touted as ‘the world’s most powerful console.’ The new console offers 4K gaming and entertainment and will be available in total 35 markets.
Microsoft has already added 50 games to the Xbox One X Enhanced title list, which means they are fully optimised to support the new console, with 20 more games in the pipeline for the coming months. The list includes names such as Forza 7, FIFA 18, Assassin’s Creed Origins and Super Lucky’s Tale.
The blend of High Dynamic Range and Wide Color Gamut allows the console to deliver high definition content and Microsoft claims that the Dolby Atmos support truly “put gamers in the center of spatial sound.”
Users can also turn their rooms into a home theatre as the console comes equipped with an inbuilt 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray player. The Xbox One X is already up for grabs in total of 35 markets worldwide, with the pricing to vary from region to region. Users in the US can buy the latest console for $449.
