Apple’s AirPods are literally one of the best true-wireless earphones available in the planet. Its smaller form-factor allows for comfortable listening during extensive music listening sessions. However, it appears that people love their AirPods to such an extent that they are actually leaving it on even during sex.
A survey conducted by TickPick, a ticket marketplace found that people who enjoy music and are sexually active reported having left their AirPods on during sex. As much as 17 per cent of AirPod owners have admitted to rocking out to their tunes while making love. It should be said that the answers are self-reported so there is a highly plausible reason that individuals are lying about having their AirPods on.
Elaborating on the survey, Cnet states, “Other odd-but-believable results from the TickPick survey: Nearly one in four folk-music fans have cried during sex. Fans of electronic dance music are more likely to admit to sexual fetishes than fans of other genres. Heavy-metal fans are most likely to use contraceptives. More than 25 per cent of country-music fans admitted to one-night stands.”
The TickPick survey did not mention how many of the 1010 people surveyed actually did own AirPods; so as of now, it's not known how many individuals does that 17 per cent actually represent.
Whatever the case is, even one yes is a yes too many.
