TCL may introduce seamless, central console-like AI TVs in 2020
With the year ending celebrations just around the corner, every brand is vying to put its best foot forward and charm the customers. While freebies, cashback and discounts are rolling in, industry leaders are gearing up to further disrupt the status quo and entice customers with futuristic offerings backed by advanced technology.
Similarly, so seem to be the plans for Television manufacturer TCL.
In a statement to reporters, TCL India Country Manager, Mr. Mike Chen said, “Technology is reshaping the world around us. With a number of smart home gadgets making a foray into our everyday lives, it has become a task to seamlessly manage the same. To the same end, we at TCL will be looking at ushering our users into an integrated and truly seamless experience. The foundation of this is laid by our advancements in the field of AI and IoT. We wish our users a great year-ending festivity and will be ready to surprise them in the New Year.”
TCL TVs already provide things like AI voice interaction and interconnectivity with smart home devices in terms of its accessorizing features. Thus the next TVs may as well be a move towards integrating them further and present top of the line AI devices. However we may have to wait well until 2020 for them to appear.
