BenQ's 240Hz gaming monitor launched in India for Rs 50,000
PC accessories manufacturer BenQ has launched their Zowie XL2546 gaming monitor in India. The highlight of this gaming monitor is its 240Hz refresh rate along with BenQ’s DyAc technology.
The monitor made its tournament debut at DreamHack Atlanta 2017 where it was selected as the official monitor. The company claims that the Zowie XL2546 is primarily meant for the budding e-sports category on the country, especially with its 240Hz refresh rate for a smoother gameplay experience. It is claimed to deliver a very smooth and responsive gameplay experience. Actions with vigorous screen movement, such as spraying of weapons are claimed to benefit from the DyAc technology as being able to see more clearly can help with recoil control.
Other unique features primarily meant for hardcore gamers are available such as Shield, which will help gamers focus on the game by blocking out distractions and S-Switch, which allows gamers to easily access settings and transfer between three profiles. BenQ has priced the XL 2546 at Rs 50,000 and is available on e-commerce website Amazon.
