Now that we are about to witness the grand opening of Digital Mall of Asia in the year 2020 in various Indian cities, here’s sharing the first glimpse of this unique digital mall that is likely going to change peoples’ perception towards e-commerce, once and for all.

DMA will offer the following benefits to both retailers and consumers:

The DMA platform will have 12 towers in each city with 10 floors each consisting of exclusive 50 brands on each floor and every retailer will have exclusive rights to sell specific brand products on this platform. Since each floor will only have one vendor for each brand to sell its products and services, they will be able to gain more traffic than earlier while also eliminating artificial hyper-competitiveness.

With the zero-commission model, retailers will be enabled to secure space on the platform in their desired city and only pay a fixed monthly license fee, instead of paying heavy commissions of 5%-35% to e-commerce players. This will help them improve profitability and revenue levels, and use these earnings on other relevant tasks.

This will also enable retailers to sell products at the cheapest price points possible, thus making the overall shopping journey more affordable for the end consumers. Further, with the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML), retailers would be able to ensure maximum safety and security to users while shopping and making transactions on the platform.

DMA will also ensure that customers will not have to deal with phony goods anymore as they will be allowed to thoroughly check the product before making the final payment.

Coined by the founders of Yokeasia Malls, DMA is set to go live in India in the year 2020.

Besides the aforementioned benefits, the unique platform will make sure that the customer data remains in their hands– thus taking the overall shopping experience to an all-new level.
