Google Calendar is a healthy New Year gift any one can follow. One can easily set a goal, say for instance, jogging four times a week and the calendar will help you get things done.“You can connect Google Fit and Apple Health to your fitness goals in Google Calendar. When you do, activity in your favourite fitness apps will be recorded and used to mark your goals in Google Calendar as ‘done’ automatically,” a Google blog post explains the mode of operation.
There’s a visual performance tracker to keep things in check. “Say you set a goal to run at 6:30 every other morning but aren’t actually hitting your stride until 7:15 — Google Calendar has you covered and will adjust accordingly.” Isn’t it awesome?
