Samsung’s Note 10 series was finally made official on August 7. The highly anticipated phone currently stands as one of the most powerful smartphones out there. But probably not for along as another hyped up device is soon going to be officially revealed.

Chinese brand Huawei was going to release the Huawei Mate 30 and Mate 30 Pro soon, and we now have an official unveiling date of September 19 in Europe, according to reports by Mail.ru.

As it appears, the date is directly provided by Dr Wang Chenglu – president of Huawei Consumer Business Software. Chenglu also mentioned the presence of a new Huawei Kirin 990 chipset.

While previous rumours had suspected a Kirin 985 chip, the Kirin 990 to be used instead is meant to deal better with battery life, which makes sense considering the new chip is the first one Huawei has manufactured on TSMC’s 7nm EUV process. With 20 per cent more transistor density, the new processor is more power efficient.

It is also believe that the phones will have a built-in 5G modem, also we should handle that information as just a rumour for now, because there is no official news on the matter yet.

The phone will likely sport a 6.7-inch 90Hz AMOLED panel, along with 55W fast charging, an in-display fingerprint reader, a large display notch, and hardware-assisted facial recognition. We also have rumours of the phone sporting two 40MP sensors on the rear.
