Namaste Chat: India's new chat platform to compete with WhatsApp

India's own messaging service that features Vapor chat where mails get deleted automatically.

On the occasion of 72nd Independence Day, Namaste Online has launched India’s messaging App – Namaste Chat and the main USP of this app is made in India, by Indians. This new messaging service addresses the need of having a homegrown chat application instead of depending on foreign messaging apps. As our Government’s initiative of ‘Make in India’ is gaining momentum, Namaste Online have felt that this was the perfect time to make this app available to the citizens of India.

Namaste Chat has two ways to send messages — vapour and regular. Namaste Chat boasts of Vapor Chat where messages get deleted automatically, as soon as the receiver reads them. This makes Namaste Chat India’s completely private messaging app. Namaste Chat also comes with all the features of a regular messaging app. Vapour chats can be used in groups as well as broadcast messages. One can access news and entertainment related content in three languages. There are also public groups and pages along with the ability to create bigger groups that can include up to 5,000 people. In a group chat, you can also like and dislike content. Apart from this, everyone can be admins in a group. You have the ability to share Local stickers, videos, emojis, viral content etc. for sharing in the chat. You also have the ability to secretly exit a group without other people being alerted. And lastly, with Namaste Chat you can create polls and events. Another highlight of Namaste Chat App is that users can access news and entertainment along with chat in three different languages.

Namaste Chat aims to become the main messaging app in India and it is available to download on Google Play Store.
