If collaborated work is what you do every day, then Google Docs must be on your ‘everyday necessities’ list. It is free to use and lets you work collectively with lots of features at your disposal. However, it’s from Google, which means that it is bound to improve constantly. The latest update to Docs has added a host of new features that will surely make working together collectively easier than before.

The latest update lets you track changes in the document. In a shared document, each one can name various stages or versions of a document, preview document without suggested edits or comments, accept or reject multiple changes at once and suggest changes from the Android/ iOS app as well.

Apart from these, users can now create custom templates with add-ons to maximise efficiency and reduce time. Google’s preset templates even have abilities to search for the desired signature through text search. Also, the enhanced Cloud Search now shows results from everything stored in your Google account — from Gmail to Calendar and more.
