Porn accidentally broadcasts on cable television for 30 minutes

Hardcore pornography was shown to viewers in Boston after a mistake made by US digital cable TV provider RCN

A cable service provider mistakenly broadcasted 30 minutes of hardcore porn on a news and entertainment channel on Thursday, 24 November at 10PM EST.

In a very bemusing mistake, CNN broadcasts 30 minutes of hardcore pornography to viewers in Boston after a mistake made by US digital cable TV provider RCN.

Viewers in Boston who tuned into CNN at 10PM EST (4AM GMT) were treated to half hour of hardcore pornography when all they wanted to watch was an episode of the popular travel and food show Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown.

However, CNN was not responsible for the glitch — for the channel was being maintained and provided in the region by RCN, a major cable TV provider based in New Jersey that offers TV channels which are related to movies, sports, children’s programming, as well as premium on-demand channels and streaming TV on TiVo.
