Apple offers 90-day free trial on Final Cut Pro X, Logic Pro X video and audio editing software
Chennai: Apple’s new offer comes as a boon to students and professionals under lockdown and unable to access their institution’s computer resources. Final Cut Pro X and Logic Pro X, Apple’s video and audio editing software designed for professionals, now can be used freely during a trial period of as many as 90 days.
These Apple software run on Mac systems. Final Cut Pro X allows you to edit the visuals and audio of a video, add graphics and fine-tune the output to create films, short films, documentaries, ad films and any other format of visuals-based creations. It also allows editing 360-degree video and VR headset playback.
Logic Pro X pretty much turns your home into a recording studio. Mix tracks and instruments, add pre-loaded creative effects and more.
The 90-day free trial is open to all Apple users around the world.
Earlier the free trial was available only for 30 days, after which you had to purchase the software. But in view of the weeks-long coronavirus lockdowns across the world, Apple has decided to be generous.
