Honor unveils its mid-tier Honor 7S phone
Honor has launched its new mid-tier smartphone – the Honor 7S in the European market, which features a 5.45-inch 18:9 LCD display (1440X720). This adds to the existing Honor 7 product line-up.
On the specifications front, the Honor 7S is built on a MediaTek MT6739 SoC configured with 4x Cortex A53’s at 1.5GHz clock speeds and paired with an Imagination PowerVR GE8100 GPU. Followed by 2GB of RAM and 16GB of onboard storage the 7s supports microSD expansion as well. As for the cameras, the 7S sports a 13MP primary sensor with an aperture of f/2.2 and a 5MP camera sensor on the front. Both the cameras feature an LED flash. The is powered by a 3020mAh battery and is charged via micro USB port.
On the connectivity front, the 7S features Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The phone surprisingly ships with Android 8.1 Oreo-based EMUI 8.0 OS out-of-the-box.
The Honor 7S smartphone is priced at £99 (approx. Rs 8990).
