Motorola's next flagship killer will sport quad-rear camera setup
While the world is gearing up for the launch of the OnePlus 7, Lenovo –owned Motorola is preparing to launch a handset that will not only rival it but also take on Samsung’s 2019 flagship, the Galaxy S10.
Out of nowhere CAD renders have been leaked on the interwebs by popular smartphone tipster @OnLeaks and the exciting news about this smartphone is that its rear camera module will feature not three rear cameras like the Galaxy S10, but a quad-camera layout with the primary sensor being a 48MP shooter.
As of now, there is no official name attached to the device but this premium model’s features have been leaked alongside a 360-degree video render of the device leaving absolutely nothing to the imagination once it has been officially announced.
According to a post by CashKaro, sources have informed them that this flagship Motorola smartphone will boast a 6.2-inch waterdrop notch screen with an in-display fingerprint scanner. The dimensions for this device will be approximately 158.7 x 75 x 8.8mm. Apart from the above-mentioned attributes, the unnamed Motorola handset will come with a 3.5mm audio jack next to a USB-C charging port. The upper area of the device will sport the speaker and the SIM tray.
People in the know have stated that Motorola plans to axe their X-series handsets with this model being the first in new series to be launched by the brand. Knowing the specs available so far, this smartphone is likely to compete with flagship devices such as the Samsung Galaxy S10, the upcoming OnePlus 7 and the likes.
