Hot smartphone alert! Infinix S4 goes on sale with 32MP selfie camera
Infinix has launched its latest smartphone, ’S4’ on Flipkart. The device is set to go on sale from 12 Noon on 7th June at a price of Rs 8,999 and promises a range of features never seen before in the sub 10k segment. S4 is the ideal smartphone for the selfie-loving youth in India, where 6 out of 10 pictures taken are selfies. For the first time, S4 has introduced a 32MP selfie camera in this segment, offering crisp, detailed and beautiful pictures. It also has a 13MP+2MP+8MP triple rear camera with 120-degree wide-angle lens, compared to the average viewing angle of 78-degrees. The newly launched smartphone will be available in unique colours of Nebula Blue, Twilight Purple and Space Grey.
The latest device from Infinix features a Quad-LED flash that offers better picture quality even in poor light conditions. S4’s selfie camera has the biggest sensor size of 1/2.8inch in the segment and it uses 4-in-1 Ultra pixel technology with a 1.6μm big pixel. 256 facial points analysis through Beauty mode, AI Portrait are some of the features that place S4 way ahead of its competitors. S4’s portrait selfie feature uses AI to identify the user’s facial profile as per data collected from millions of faces and then alters the image settings such as contrast, exposure etc. to best suit the user’s profile. With Customizable Bokeh, users can control the amount of blur they want to make the subject stand out better.
S4’s is powered by the latest Android Pie 9.0 operating system boosted by XOS 5.0 Cheetah OS layer. XOS 5.0 makes the ‘Infinix’ experience stand out, by enabling fast and intuitive UI. A 4000mAh Battery with AI-enabled smart power management and 12nm Helio P22 2.0GHz Octa-Core Processor guarantees a smooth performance even after long periods of usage. S4’s unique AI enabled operations to enable intelligent load deduction and dynamic re-allocation of system resources.
S4’s design has been developed after a meticulous 6-stage evaluation process. It comes with large 6.21-inch HD+ drop notch screen with 19.5:9 aspect ratio that gives end-to-end access of the screen with 89% Screen to body ratio. It has a sleek structure with a width of just 7.9 mm and weighs lightly at 155g. S4’s 500 nits brightness and 1300:1 contrast ratio brings out the best of videos. The device has a Dual 2.5D Glass body on both sides and its curved edges merge with the display screen.
