Huawei Mate 20 records the highest benchmark ever
Earlier this year, Huawei has launched the P20 and P20 Pro flagship phones. These smartphones are powered by the Kirin 970 chipset, which was initially introduced in the Mate 10 and Mate 10 Pro smartphones announced last year. There have been speculations that the upcoming Mate 20 might be powered by the new Kirin 980 chipset. A recent benchmark test report of Mate 20 has surfaced online, and it has surprisingly the highest AnTuTu benchmark ever recorded — 356918.
However, the listing doesn’t reveal any specifications of the Mate 20. According to the earlier leaks, the Kirin 980 chipset is being built through TSMC’s 7nm chipset manufacturing process. There have been rumours suggesting that the Mate 20 might feature Cortex A75 cores (for handling AI) with a powerful GPU. The revealed SoC is expected to have Bluetooth 5.0 support as well.
As Mate RS Porsche Design already showcases in-screen fingerprint scanner, the rumoured Mate 20 might also feature this new fingerprint authentication.
