HTC launches Bolt with Android Nougat in collaboration with Sprint
HTC has launched its Bolt smartphone in collaboration with Sprint. The device will be available through the Sprint store as well as company’s online store in the US. The company is yet to announce its availability for the Indian market.
As for the specification, the HTC Bolt comes with 5.5-inch QHD display with 1440 x 2560 pixel resolution and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor paired with 3GB Ram and 32GB of internal storage. The phone comes with an IP57 rating for water, splash and dust resistance.
The smartphone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat out-of-the-box and offers split screen feature. It also features a fingerprint sensor integrated in the home button for added security. It also offers pre loaded Google Duo video calling app and unlimited photo storage with Google photos app.
The HTC Bolt is equipped with a 16MP rear camera with OIS (optical image stabilisation), 4K video recording, and PDAF (phase detection auto focus), while there is an 8MP front facing camera with screen flash. It draws power from a 3200mAh battery with support for Quick Charge 2.0.
