LG G6 to feature more water resistance, battery capacity
In a recent teaser released by the LG, the tech firm has hinted the upcoming handset LG G6 will be ‘more’ resistant to water and dust.
Until the release of an official teaser, the LG G6 was in talks to bear IP68 certification. With the newly released teaser saying, ‘Resist More. Under Pressure.’ LG itself has added credibility to the earlier speculations.
Moreover, a report by Korean media claims the LG G6 will come with a battery capacity of over 3200mAh. Also, in a previous teaser release LG revealed to incorporate artificial intelligence in the handset. Following LG’s confirmation the rumoured AI is speculated to be Google Assistant, which may come preinstalled in the device.
In terms of specifications, the LG G6 is expected to come with a 5.7-inch (2,880x1,440) display, powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 821 SoC, dual rear camera and a fingerprint sensor.
The LG G6 is slated to launch on February 26 at the Mobile World Conference in Barcelona.
