Samsung seem to be gearing up to expand its J series portfolio with the launch of a new smartphone. The handset is expected to be launched for the Indian market in second week of June and will be available in Gold and Black colour variants. The device is expected to be priced sub Rs 20,000.

The alleged smartphone was leaked by technology news website Slashleaks exposing the device in its full glory. The picture also reveals the specifications of the smartphone. It sports a 5.7-inch HD display with 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution and is powered by a 1.6GHz octa core MediaTek processor paired with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage which is expandable using a microSD card.

Optics wise, the device will come equipped with a 13MP rear camera as well as front camera with LED flash on both sides. It will run the Android 7.0 Nougat and will offer features like Smart Glow 2.0, Samsung Pay Mini, 4G VoLTE, Dual SIM functionalities. The smartphone will draw power from a 3300mAh battery.
