OnePlus 3 Vs OnePlus 3T - What's the difference?
OnePlus has been selling its OnePlus 3 smartphones for a while now, and on November 15 the company announced its latest offering, the OnePlus 3T. It is an update version of the earlier OnePlus 3, upgrading the processor from Qualcom Snapdragon 820 to Snapdragon 821, the front camera from 8MP to 16MP, memory storage from 64GB to 128GB, and the battery capacity from 3000mAh to 3400mAh battery, again featuring the Dash Charge (5V 4A) fast charging support.
On the hardware front, the OnePlus 3T runs off a 2.35GHz Snapdragon 821, with 6GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, and 4G LTE support. On the software front, OnePlus announced a refined version of its OxygenOS build to run Android 7.0 Nougat atop. The company confirmed the new version will be rolled out to both OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T by the end of this year.
OnePlus 3T features a 5.5-inch full HD (1080X1920) Optic AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection. The smartphone weighs same as the OnePlus 3 at 158g and measures 15.27x74.7x7.35mm.
OnePlus 3T will be available in Gunmental and Soft Gold colours. The 64GB variant will be available at a price of $438 (approx. Rs 30,000), while the 128GB model has been priced at $479 (approx. Rs 32,500).
OnePlus will begin shipping OnePlus 3T in the US from November 22 and in Europe from November 26. However, the company has not revealed any information on its launch for the Indian market.
