Watch: Vivo V15 Pro with 32MP pop-up selfie camera launch

The handset will be the world's first with a 32MP pop-up camera and will also boast a 48MP rear sensor.

After appearing in a number of leaks, the Vivo V15 Pro is all set to be unveiled at an event in Delhi in front of a select crowd. As of now, all the features haven’t been officially available except for the fact that it will be the first in the world to come with a 32MP pop-up selfie camera. Vivo has officially announced that it will come with a triple rear camera configuration at the back with the primary shooter sporting a 48MP sensor. Another major feature of the handset is that it will come with an in-display fingerprint scanner while rumours suggest that it will boast an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 SoC.

The Vivo V15 Pro’s price hasn’t been revealed yet but estimates expect it to be priced at Rs 33,000 in India. We can’t confirm this for sure but since the launch will take place in a few moments, the price and specifications will be officially known. So, as of now, you can take the pricing rumours with a dose of salt.

As far as specifications go, a recent leak suggested that the Vivo V15 Pro will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 SoC and paired with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The screen size found here is said to be 6.39-inches with an FHD+ resolution that’s of the Super AMOLED variety. The cameras have been revealed by the brand with the front facing pop-up selfie camera rated at 32MP while the rear primary shooter is 48MP that’s assisted by two secondary sensors — one for depth sensing and the other one is an ultra wide-angle sensor. The handset is expected to feature a 3700mAh battery with fast charging technology.
