Android 7.1.1 Nougat officially rolls out to Moto Z

The Android 7.1.1 Nougat update is currently being rolled out for users in Hong Kong and Indonesia.

Lenovo-backed Motorola has officially rolled out the latest Android 7.1.1 Nougat update for its Moto Z smartphone. The update is available for users in Hong Kong and Indonesia. The update is being rolled out over-the-air (OTA) and includes Google Duo video calling app and Android Security updates for July.

The smartphone was first launched last year. The device, at that time, came with Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS out-of-the-box. The smartphone features a 5.5-inch QHD AMOLED display and is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 820 system-on-chip. On the storage front, the device offers 4GB of RAM along with 32GB of internal storage. The device sports a 13MP rear camera with a 5MP front shooter as well.
