Gaining approval from the FCC, Samsung Galaxy Note 9 has reportedly paved its ways for launch in the market. Although the name of the phone has not been clearly revealed, sources believe that the phone boasting model name SM-N960F is the Samsung Galaxy Note 9. The launch is expected to take place during the month of August.
Going by the report by Gizchina, the Note 9 supports a wide array of LTE bands. The exact specifications haven't been released yet but looking at the ongoing generation of processors, it should utilise Snapdragon 845 chipset. The connectivity options could include NFC, Bluetooth 5.0 and dual-band Wi-Fi.
The current design adopted by most of the smartphones the world over, and Samsung itself, point towards reduced bezels along with the already existing curved display. The recently launched Galaxy S9 series sports a centrally-aligned fingerprint sensor at the rear and the upcoming Note is highly likely to receive it in the same fashion.
As for the memory configuration, the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 should be offered with the RAM around 6GB or 8GB while the ROM could boast of memory from 64GB to 512GB. The anticipated smartphone could see an introduction on August 9 at an event in New York followed by the sales shortly after that, as per the reports.
