Galaxy Note 10 to get this groovy iPhone feature, courtesy Windows 10
With every passing day, edging closer towards the August launch of Samsung’s Galaxy Note 10, it makes us all worked up with anticipation. But as we progress towards the big day we keep learning something new about the coming Samsung flagship handset. Today, a new report coming out of Korea suggests us that the new device will have this groovy feature which before this only an Apple device came equipped with it and it’s all possible because of Microsoft.
One of the unique features on the Apple device is their iMessage service which makes all your conversations available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac, as long as you’re signed in with your Apple ID. And we have not even mentioned the best part yet, and that is you can use Macs to reply to both iMessages and regular SMS messages via the Messages app, which means you don’t have to switch devices to stay on top of your texts while you’re busy with work.
Android has never had something like this, and now as per HankYung, the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 is all set to have this new feature to rival Apple’s iMessage and you can easily use it as long as you have a Windows 10 computer.
Microsoft already had the Your Phone Windows 10 feature that allowed users to mirror the screen of an Android phone to their Windows 10 PC. And now reportedly, Your Phone will come preloaded on the Note 10 which will let you preview photos you’ve taken on the Note 10 directly on a PC. And you’ll be able to continue watching videos on a laptop or desktop with the same app.
Microsoft has made many handy apps for both Android and iPhone and with this, they could bridge the gap between smartphones and PCs.
