iPhone 2020 could take design inspirations from the iPhone 4
Though the new Apple iPhone 11 series was just launched two weeks ago, we already have rumours, reports and speculations for what the Cupertino-based company will be bringing to customers next year. Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has predicted that the iPhones in 2020 (iPhone 12, maybe?) will feature a drastic change in aesthetics, and more importantly, will take inspiration from the Apple iPhone 4.
The Apple iPhone 4, launched almost a decade ago in June 2010, was and still is one of the greatest looking phones that Apple has produced over the years. Kuo speculates that the 2020 iPhone will bring back a full metal frame and a 2.5D glass front and back on the device. There is also word that the next gen iPhone will bring in 5G support, and sales are expected to go up for the company again.
Other rumours include the presence of OLED panels on all three versions of the iPhone launching next year, and also 3D ToF sensors on the two higher end variants.
