Grusha aces tough swordfight sequence

Grusha Kapoor, who is making her comeback as Kaikeyi on Siya Ke Ram (Star Plus) aced an impromptu scene. The sequence involved Kaikeyi training the four princes — Ram, Lakshman, Bharat and Shatrughan — in the art of sword-fighting.

Grusha says, “It was a tough scene which left me with swollen feet. I hadn’t prepared at all and I had to perform on the spot. We did have fight master helping us with the techniques before every take. The end result was satisfactory. The fight master gave me a pat on my back for the shot and the four boys too said they were highly inspired by me. That has stayed with me.”
