Leading man Ashuman Malhotra and actress Abigail Pandey of Nagarjun Ek Yoddha are thick friends. Apparently the two actors had worked together in a show called Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya and have been friends ever since. Nagarjun gave them an opportunity to pick up from where they had left off. Abigail is playing the character of Tina in the show, and since she has a major part to play in the story, the two spend a lot of time together. The bonding between the two actors is obviously not going unnoticed. They have earned the moniker “Nepali Twins” on the sets.
When we contacted Abigail, she said, “My friends have always told me that I resemble a Nepali because of my round face and small eyes. When I started shooting with Anshuman, people noticed the resemblance in our appearance. Everyone on the sets has started calling us Nepali Twins. The entire unit has a great time working together.” We ask her about her co-star and close friend Anshuman, and Abigail says, “We share a good rapport with each other. We have known each other since he was 19. I feel so proud of him to see him evolve as an actor. He is only 21 but he is so mature for his age.”
