Sikander Kharbandawho is known for his character roles on television, will now be seen playing a pivotal character in Ek Maa Jo Laakhon Ke Liye Bani Amma. The actor will entertain viewers with his portrayal of an IPS officer in the show. Sikander’s character Atul is a positive character and will bring in new twists and turns to the fast developing plot. Sikander says, “I am excited to be associated with Amma. The concept, production value and of course, my role are the prime reasons I opted for the show. I’ve been waiting for such a role. Atul conveys his frame of mind through his body language rather than words. This role gives me a chance to explore a different side to myself as an artiste.”
It is the first time Sikander stars in a period drama. The actor will sport a moustache for the show. He says, “It’s a well fleshed-out character. I’m glad that I’m doing something unique. I hope my fans appreciate my effort as well.”
