Surveen Chawla who is still basking in the glory of her reviews for Parched, is not looking to make a comeback on telly with one of its most popular shows, Bigg Boss. The actress who started her career with small screen’s Kahin Toh Hoga and later went on to do Kasautii Zindagi Kay and Kajjal, says the channel is just really wasting its time making her an offer to be on the show for six consecutive years.

“I would die hungry on the show. I’ve got calls from the show for the past six years and I’ve turned it down every time. I’ve told the production house not to waste any more time on me because I’m never going to say “yes” to the show. I’m not someone who likes to be around a negative environment,” she says. “Besides,” she adds, “the show has too much politics and no privacy.”

The actress doesn’t seem to think of it as a strong launch pad either. “Sunny Leone’s big ticket (into Bollywood) was not because she was on the show, it was rather because of her fascinating background — which is again very sad. Look at the past record of the other contestants. Where are they standing after doing the show No one has really made a mark,” she points out.
