TV stars hope for a positive change

The new year is here and with comes hope and the desire to start anew. We ask popular TV stars to tell us about the changes they wish to see in 2016.

Siddhant Karnick from Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani, says: “I would like the Swacch Bharat campaign to come true. We need to clean up not just our country but work on our systems and processes as well. I hope to see this change in us and in our country. I would also like a little less traffic on the Bombay-Ahmedabad Highway so that we can get home quicker and not be stuck in three-hour long traffic jams every day from the sets to home.”

Rithvik Dhanjani, Host of India’s Best Dramebaaz, says, “I want to kickstart my new venture. I cannot reveal much about the development until it is ready to roll. In 2016, I hope that I flourish in this new beginning, which would be a step further in my career. I wish and pray that God supports me the way he has till now and that 2016 turns out to be a fantastic year.”

Ravi Dubey of Jamai Raja says, “I feel I have everything and the universe has been really kind to me hence I only have gratitude to offer to the universe. I am content with what I have in terms of health, finances, career, and family. In the coming year, I want to be a more giving person because that’s what truly counts. I want to be an individual who inspires people, who is respected and looked up to.”

Anita Raj from Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani says: “The year 2016 is a year of expansion, I pray that everyone excels in their respective fields. I want to accomplish more today than yesterday and more tomorrow than today.”

Avinash Sachdev, of Qubool Hai says: “I love travelling so, I hope I get to travel more and discover new places. My last trip was a journey to Ladakh — I completed 6,800 kms by road.”
