Why is Malaika missing

Sony’s new show Power Couple that was promoted all along as Arbaaz-Malaika’s debut on television has Arbaaz hosting the show alone with no sign of his better half. The actress made an appearance in the initial episode. A source reveals, “Malaika had already committed to a movie and the show’s team could not get her dates, which is why only Arbaaz is hosting a major part of the show. It has been a rude shock for Malaika’s fans who were expecting much more of her, as promised in the promos. But she is expected to be back for the finale shoot.”

We texted Malaika who chose not to reply. The channel spokesperson too, didn’t respond.
