Imran Khan submits papers on Sharif family's UK apartments

He said that the apex court's decision would be historic.

Islamabad: Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan on Monday submitted ‘documentary evidence’ in the Supreme Court of Sharif family’s London apartments. The additional documents have been submitted by Imran Khan’s lawyer Naeem Bukhari.

Earlier, Mr Khan said that he had obtained some very important documents regarding Panama Leaks issue from Britain. He said that the apex court’s decision would be historic.

On November 14, the PTI chief had submitted a stack of 689-page documentary evidence in the Supreme Court in connection with Panama Papers case.

Meanwhile, the PTI has prepared a cinema-scope documentary film detailing the corruption allegedly indulged in by Sharif family.

The PTI chief has given a go-ahead to release the first part of the film at a meeting of the party’s Strategic Committee. The trailer of the film has also been issued.

Meanwhile, the Balochistan High Court on Monday issued a bailable arrest warrant against former Pakistani dictator General Pervez Musharraf in connection with the murder of former Baloch nationalist leader Nawab Akbar Khan Bugti in a military operation in 2006.
