Adult video played in background during live telecast on BBC

Over 3.8 million viewers have watched the show and one person tweeted to BBC about the goof-up during live telecast.

London: Avid viewers of BBC were left spellbound on Tuesday evening when the a video of naked woman was seen running in one of the computers of the channel, while the celebrity BBC presenter Sophie Raworth was reporting on the England- South Africa match during her show called Ten.

According to a report in Daily Mail, a BBC worker with his ear plugs plugged in plugged and relaxing on chair, was spotted watching a woman undressing herself and removing her bra in the supposedly from movie scene.

The scene of the video played in the background of presenter believed to be from an action movie and the female in the video was trying to striptease a man sitting in front of her.

The video, which has gone viral on social media, has taken aback viewers watching Raworth presenting a live piece on the England cricket team's victory over South Africa, but eagle-eyed viewers noticed the screen over her shoulder.

Over 3.8 million viewers have watched the show and one person tweeted to BBC News stating that ‘why there is porn video playing on the background of your news anchor during a report?’

The report said, the sources from BBC confirm that “this has gone down like a lead balloon at the BBC. It is totally unprofessional”.

Sources added that, “It beggars belief a sex scene should be played live on air. The employee is on borrowed time when bosses catch up with him.”

However, the BBC said it is investigating the incident.
