Crocodile tears

While the Supreme Court-appointed high-level technical team is surveying the Cauvery basin to assess the ground realities, the two national party leaders in Tamil Nadu are preparing to observe fast and meet its leaders in New Delhi. This is nothing but shedding crocodile tears, as both these parties have, time and again, failed to solve this century-old problem. While the Congress and DMK alliance failed to solve this problem, the BJP government too has failed to come up with a permanent solution. All these parties have only one agenda: to drag on this for years and try to gain political mileage.
